Selection of Raw Material - We always control the quality by our procurement's staff at the quarries. So we have the good selection of raw material
In Process Control - Quality id checked at different levels during the production process by our trained supervisors and our labors are well informed about the quality parameters
Final Inspection: - Our trained quality inspectors carry out intensive checks at the time of packing and dispatching as per the criteria
Criteria for Quality Inspection
Dimension of Tiles (Length, Width, Thickness): Tolerance should be in the limit acceptable i.e. +/-5mm
Color Selection: We match the nearest uniform selection though there can be minor tonal variation
Surface: Evenness of surface is essential in Natural Cleft stones. There should be scratch proof for the polished surface.
Uniform Thickness: Bottom Calibration is done +/-1 mm, it is good for bonding and consumes 30% less sand & cement while installation
Good Finish: Edges have to be very fine without chipping or unevenness
For Perfect Right Angle: Right angle tolerance for Internal Application - +/-1mm, External Application – 1.5mm – 2mm
Packaging
Damages are inevitable during transit and handling. Thus suitable packing, standardization is necessary.
